u can u have to use wood that is called womanized or cedar wood it is watter proof
You could just use any plywood and water proof it yourself. Find some 2×4′s cut them to length of each side screw from top down so it’s flush with the top find some folding table legs and attach them to the 2×4′s and you’d have a folding ping pong table, by the net and attach that to it and you’d be set. you could also sand the plywood making it smooth and paint it with a good paint to keep it waterproof.
