Where can I find plans to build the chair from Sweeney Todd?

I will be building the sets/props for a production of Sweeney Todd, and I would like to get a head start on building the chair. I would prefer to build it rather than rent one, but going off of already established and reliable plans would be beneficial. Any help is appreciated.
