I want to use my old Refrigerator or freezer to build a curing chamber for meat…?
I want to use my old Refrigerator or freezer to build a curing chamber for meat but the only problem is they are both to small to use i need more space! So i am wondering is it possible to remove the cooling portion of the Refrigerator or freezer and install it in a custom built cabinet? Or does anone have any good ideas i need about 50 sf and temp 50f
1) Get more refrigerators from a recycle place.
2) Build a hot smoker.
3) Build a cold smoker.
