What can I do to become a better athlete?

Alright I'm 14 years old. I'm 6 foot tall, 280 pounds. I'm pretty built, I bench 275 maximum (I know it's not about how much you can bench, but how good your endurance is) I want to start getting ready for track season and then spring ball. I started on the offensive line at right tackle. What type of workouts can I do to improve agility, strength, endurance, etc. I'm already going to make varsity, but I just want to become better. Thanks.

      My best advice for you this upcoming (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. If you do these two things, you will get faster, stronger, into better shape, more agile, and better endurance, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful high school varsity football player, as well as getting recruited to play for a college football program in the future.
