Alright I'm 14 years old. I'm 6 foot tall, 280 pounds. I'm pretty built, I bench 275 maximum (I know it's not about how much you can bench, but how good your endurance is) I want to start getting ready for track season and then spring ball. I started on the offensive line at right tackle. What type of workouts can I do to improve agility, strength, endurance, etc. I'm already going to make varsity, but I just want to become better.
