websites for home depot, menards, lowes, will show you availability and pricing for your needs..

any lumberyard in your home area will be able to help you out and some will also be able to glue pieces for you if you need a deep top…

First off, use fucking google… don’t resort every need to this website.

This question is the equivilant of me asking, "Where can I buy a pencil?".

Go to Home Depot or Lowes or some shit.

im not sure of the current price, but oak can be quite pricey. Home Depot usually carries, but a lot of there wood is not on the website.

Buying wood on the internet is a stupid idea.

Go to menards or home depot.

Home depot and Lowes both sell sheets of oak..not sure how large they are..you will need to measure what you need..then go visit them..oak is expensive..you may see some thing else you like if so they will cut it for you…so measure 3 times and cut once……. Good luck

Wow thats a wide piece of oak. You will need to use oak plywood and home depot does stock it. oak is not usually availabe greater the 6 inches wide. They will cut it for you and you can edge with an oak strip to create the image of a solid piece.

P.S. I dont think this is a dumb question because some people think oak comes this wide if they went to a special store.

Look up, timber merchants, joiners, in yellow pages or the local press, most joiners will be prepared to get the plan for you and machine to approx size for you to build and finish.
Look on the DIY sites for ‘furniture’ board, this is a board made up of approx 2" strips of solid wood laminated together side by side to form a sheet 18/22mm thick, it is usually available in pine and to order in Oak. (cheaper and easier to use than a rough plank.
