If you are any skill level much beyond beginner, you should be able to just look at the picture and copy it, maybe go to a store that sells them and measure some of the key points. I have not used any store bought plans for about 30 years and my tables, chairs, book shelves, wardrobes and so forth are looking pretty good.

You might try a metal fabricator, machine shop or metal supplier. The fabricator and machine shop might have scrap pieces that would fit your need. The metal supplier carries a wide variety of metals and shapes.

5" pipe is a little excessive, but you can get your supplies at any machine/tooling shop, industrial/commercial metal suppliers. Even most scrap metal yards sell used and new metal.
Good Luck!

If you have florescent lighting anywhere around your recording gear, including the computer, change the bulbs to incandescent types. Buy lamps if you have to, but get rid of the florescent stuff. The high voltage required by these types of lighting causes buzzing, and general interference in recording gear.
You have a nice start on recording with that Neumann.

You are on the right track equipment wise. The buzzing could be the lights or maybe even your computer or monitor. The problem with computers is that they generate all kinds of nasty electrical noise and audio equipment is very sensitive to that. There is not always an easy fix. Sometimes it is just the location of a certain piece of equipment or a cable. Condenser mics are notorious for picking up electrical noise too - even good ones like yours. Try moving things around - keep the mic away from the computer as much as possible.
