Building a wooden table, and I want to add a laminate/art/sticker type image to it…?

The table is going to be 8'x3', folding table. Top is 1/2 inch plywood. The majority of the table is going to be stained a darker color, but I want the bottom half of the table to be some type of laminate image, like the japanese tsunami art series. I'm going to add about 10 layers of polyurethane (it's going to be a drinking game table). Does anybody have any idea where I can find thin images like this to laminate to the board?

I would prefer wood but i am just looking more than a table with those little metal legs. I dont plan on having a table cloth on them 24/7 so i want it to look good without it being covered up

I'm Looking to Build a folding Ping Pong Table?

First, I need to know the regulation size of a ping pong table (Today I brought a net that said it was 66 inch in length, so i believe that is the width of a table, but I also need the length of the table).
Also, how far is should it be off the ground?
What kind of wood should I use? And does it matter what paint i use?
This is the most important question, How Can I Make It Fold? Should I use two seperate pieces of wood?
What can i place it on? Would it be a folding table?
Anyone who has done this before answers would be appreciated!
One last thing, would it just be cheaper if I brought a ping pong table
    Thanks!!
