Is the lumber bought from Home Depot treated with anything?

I bought a 2x4 piece of pine lumber from Home Depot a couple weeks ago and had some wood left over after I used part of it. I want to make a bird toy with the wood for my pet parrot, but the wood can't be treated with any chemicals. Does anybody know what the lumber processing for Home Depot entails?

Can you help with cabinet hinge dilemma?

One of the hinges broke on my built-in laundry cabinet. It is a hinge that is at the bottom of the opening and the door swings down. I found several "Overlay" hinges, but they don't look exactly like the one I took off of it. Does anyone know what the hinge is called that allows a door to swing open in a downward motion? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lowe's and Home Depot do not carry this product, so I am at a loss. HELP!

Where is a good place to buy lumber for cheap in the Dallas area?

Looking to buy some lumber to build a tree-house for my kids. Home Depot doesn't have all the lengths I need so I'm looking for a place that will have everything that I need in one place (and will maybe even deliver it to me in Flower Mound) for cheap. Does anybody have experience with a good place around here?
