not happy at my current job

I am 39 years old and the boss that tells me what to do everyday is 10 years younger than me. We don't talk much about anything except the work or the job itself. I have been with this moving company working in a warehouse for close to 6 months now. We generally have 5 things that I may be asked to do each day. They are to get rid of trash and cardboard, unload trailers of boxes of furniture, wrap furniture that was returned to them, build chairs with screws and tools, or to find the right pieces of furniture to line up for trucks for someone to deliver the next day. The boss seems to mainly give me the job of doing the trash and cleaning up the warehouse. He has 6 other people working with us but always gives me the job of trash if it is needed. Otherwise he has me unload trucks when the need arises. I tried to put chairs together 1 day a few months ago and wasn't good at it and he hasn't asked me to do this again. The part of the job I like best is finding what is needed for the truck orders the next day. I used to do this by myself each day after lunch for about a month. At this point he discourages me from doing these trucks and tells me to not do them when he sees me doing one. He did have me work with someone else up to this week and now he seems to not want me to do this now. He will tell me to do something like wrap furniture. He must feel I made mistakes pulling truck orders but he never pointed it out to me. He will let a guy that has been there a month or less pull truck orders himself but not me. Out of the 6 people he works with I have been there the longest. It doesn't make me feel good being there the longest and being given the least responsibilty. I like a challenge in my job and will leave if I get another job offer. How would you feel about my situation? Would you want to continue working with me boss or not?

How can I hang a cabinet without screws or nails?

I'm looking to hang a custom built cabinet for my BBQ tools outside, but I am not allowed by the housing manager to use anything that "degrades the structural integrity" of the house, ie. screws or nails. I live in Colorado, so we have all four seasons, with temperatures in the single to negative digits, and snow.

What do have any suggestions on what I can use to hang the storage box? It isn't quite a flat surface, but more like:
    /
    /
    /
where the panels are angled outward slightly, then cut back in about an inch to angle out again. I've been thinking of using picture wire to hang it, but do you know of any 3M or equivelent hook with adhesive that can withstand the temperature range and strength?
