Need some stress relief. I'm stressed about my job. Help?

Well, okay. I'm 19 years old. I have never work in all of my life until now. I started this Monday. I got out of high school last June what I did in all of those 5 months go to college, but I had to take extra courses, but didn't have the money.

Well, my older brother got me his job. He's gonna train me for 2 weeks. He's leaving to Texas in two weeks, so yeah. In this job I'mma do is Shipping and Receiving. I have to receive many packages into the computer. I'm good with computers, since that's what I want to do later on in life. The company is a Metro Rehab thing, where they build chairs, beds, ect for the handicap. And well, I'm the only there in Shipping and Receiving. I have to memorize all of these names, numbers, cushings, parts, and more. My brother told me I can do it, 'cause he picked me, but also he said that if you make one error I'll get pressured by the other managers, or if something came wrong, I'll get pressure from the other employees.
And since this is my very first job in my whole life. I'm very stressed out that I might fail. I also have to lift up to 150 pounds of packages sometimes by myself up to shelves that are like 18 feet high. And so, yeah. This has been stressing me out. The pay is good, which is .00 an hour, from 8am to 5pm.

So what should I do?

What tools would I need for starting a small workshop?

I want to set up a little workshop in my basement for doing some basic woodwork and whatnot. I'd like to be able to build shelves and cabinets, decorative items, etc.
What are some recommendations on tools and accessories that I absolutely should have?
There are so many different types of saws I'm utterly confused. Which would be the most versatile?
    Thanks.

Is there a difference between cabinets and cupboards?

This thought just came to mind... in older houses, they used to build cabinets from scratch where they used wood for shelves and the sides, and they nailed everything to the kitchen wall. Would these be "cupboards", rather than true cabinets? Unlike back then, all cabinets nowadays are pre-built, then installed as separate units. Please correct me if I'm wrong here.

What is an easy way to learn carpentry?

I am kind of a hands-on person and good at crafts, but I have never got the hang of carpentry. I want to learn how to build tables and shelves, not so much construction work. Also, what is the basic set of tools to get, and does anyone have any ideas how to do small projects in an apartment space.
Insight - thanks for the feedback. Actually, yes, this is potentially for making $. I am a graphic designer and I keep having ideas for designing furniture. It sounds like I might want to find someone to collaborate with.
